1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for purchases made in Soska, operated by Soska Limited. It applies together with our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
2. Digital Goods and Your Right to Cancel
Purchases in Soska are digital content (virtual currency, cosmetics, and similar Virtual Items) delivered to your account immediately. Where you have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within a cooling-off period, you acknowledge and agree that delivery and access begin as soon as the purchase completes, and that you therefore lose that cancellation right once the item has been delivered or consumed. We will tell you this at the point of purchase where the law requires it.
3. When We Grant Refunds
Outside your statutory rights, we may grant a refund at our discretion where:
- The request is made within 14 days of purchase, and
- The Virtual Item has not been consumed, spent, or used, and
- The purchase was not a clearly marked final-sale or promotional item.
We will also refund purchases that were duplicated due to a technical error on our side, or where required by applicable law.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable once delivered:
- Virtual currency that has been spent, and items that have been consumed or used.
- Opened loot or randomized rewards.
- Items received as gifts or transferred to another account.
- Purchases made on an account that is suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Service.
5. Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe a purchase was made on your account without your authorization, contact us at refunds@soska.io as soon as possible. Keeping your credentials secure is your responsibility, but we will investigate suspected fraud in good faith.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email refunds@soska.io with your account email, the order or transaction ID, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and ownership of the account.
7. Processing Time
We aim to review refund requests within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Any related Virtual Items will be removed from your account when a refund is issued.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
